I paid for all of my soundpools but I can’t use them MMM is asking to update my subscription but I don’t have a subscription how can I get access to all of the soundpools that I already paid for they was working find a few days ago
Be sure that all Soundpool files are either in WAV or OGG file format. In case you downloaded them as MXCOGG files they will only work in a subscription. Then you need to redownload them.
If this doesn't help try to go into the program settings and click on the button to clean up the store. You can also try to reset the program to its default settings via the File menu.
Yes I tried all the suggestions and none worked but the thing is I paid for all of the soundpools and I tried setting back to default and rescanning and my settings is set on wav
Thanks guys well this is the problem I paid for each soundpool and I was charged for unlimited subscription as well so I guess since I downloaded the sound pools while in subscription I have to subscribe again ???
I don't understand what you mean when you say you paid for each soundpool and I was charged for unlimited subscription as well. Are you saying you actually bought some soundpools at the same time as being subscribed to Loops Unlimited? I am not sure how that is possible but yes, I believe that if you end your Loops Unlimited subscription you do lose access to whichever soundpools or loops you acquired as part of the subscription.
However, if you did also purchase some loops etc. independently of the subscription, you should still have access to them. Do you have any "proofs of purchase" for those, e.g., email confirmation of payment being made? If so, forward those to infoservice@magix.net and request they reinstate those specific items to your account.
Look at the details of one or two that you actually paid for. If the file extension is mxcogg, then these were downloaded under the subscription plan, not purchased separately.
I suggest that you go to Program Settings and do a Clean up Store. When MMM restarts, log in. Are all Soundpools still there? Unusable?
Check the above main folder. Were any Soundpools deleted? Do you still have files with mxcogg as the extension?
Click on the Download button at the top right of the Media Pool. Anything to download?
Soundpools purchased through the in-program Store should show up as purchased in Producer Planet where you can download them again and put them under:
Thanks fellas I do remember paying for the unlimited subscription but every time I chose a soundpool I had to pay for it so I’m thinking my subscription wasn’t complete but I was being charged so I’ll do the subscription over again and that should take care of the problem
