Hello,

I tried to download a sound loop it failed 2x, on the 3rd try it showed as downloaded..even though i had gotten the prompt that it did not download ( no error code provided) i closed the program down and re opened hoping download would start, no such luck and now the soundloop is no longer seen in the store! and it shows that i now have 2 credits but no soundloop to show for it.
