1) When using the Batch Converter, when I open an existing audio file (ie. wav) or select a Folder where a bunch of wav files are located, if I try to use one of the new or one of my older VST / FX modules like the new FX Favourites\Analog Modelling Suite\AM-Munition1 that comes with the Pro Suite it will fail to apply the FX with an error "The file could not be opened. Make sure the file exists and that you have access to the file/folder." Other default Effects (ie. Graphic Fade) work fine HOWEVER if I simply load the same wav file into the Pro Suite then merely go to FX Favourites\Analog Modelling Suite\AM-Munition1 and select a Preset and click OK it then applies the FX fine. I have noticed that the Preset column does not get populated in the Batch Converter when I select one from such new FX modules like Analog Modelling Suite\AM-Munition1 BUT for default effect modules like, as mentioned, Graphic Fade, it populates the Preset section of the Batch Converter when I select one. Any ideas what is going on here? Some sort of Permission issue? I gave full r/w permissions to most areas related to Sound Forge and its VSTs. I never had this issue with previous versions (came from v11 actually).
2) Something that has bothering me for years... Under the Extract Regions option is there a way in the File Name Prefix section to remove that "_" after the loaded filename? So instead of it always showing "NewWave1_" is it possible to show "NewWave1" ? Its that "_" at the end of the filename I need removed for my automation process to be more seamless.
Thank you so very much MAGIX Team!
