I bought Soundforge 14 on Steam. However, after formatting Windows, I installed Steam Sound Forge 14, but error code 59 appeared. What should I do?

The error code should have a descrition of the error when posting please give the full error message or a screenshot of the error message dialog box.
Error code -59 usually means the program folder may be damaged, see this Support article .
Additionally, as Sound Forge is originally from the Sony line of products Magix purchased it could mean there is no licence to use the software. Either due to the e-mail address submitted is different to the e-mail address used when buying, or a typo in the e-mail address.
