Sound pools problem with Magix music maker 15 premuim

i am relly done with that program when i downloaded pack 02 for MMM15 premuim i installed it the directory of installtion was
C-Doucments and settings-Adminstrator-Local SettingsTemp-Music_Maker_15_Premium_cntpack_1
i copied all files there and pasted it at Basics_15 folder and i opened the program went to add Styles then i opend the Basics _15 folder and pressed ok i saw some files copieng relly fast and then after it finishs i saw nothing in the sound pool and it says down "Database is empty,please insert a meduim"
P.S i downloaded the 1st pack and the 2nd pack and i had the same problem+ i download them from Help-online-Download synthsizer and sound packs and help will be appriciated

Try this...go to File - Settings - Program Settings - General. In the lower right you will fine a "Sound Pool" box. Make sure the choice of "Use installed sound pool after reset" is selected (on). Choose reset soundpool. This should take every sound and style in your database (Basic folder) and reinstall them into the program.

Have you confirmed that the files are in the basic folder? If so do a full reset of the sound pool, then rebuild again.
