sound not loading

When I do a add for a video having sound, the video upload but not the sound. Look like lot of people having the same problem. When I try to find out online some guys give solution. I think that the software technician have an appropriate solution about this.

I am Using Vegas pro 17, on desktop with windows 10. I was disappointed. do not tell me the solution with quick time, other wise I do not need to go over here.

You mention Vegas pro 17. Vegas products have their own forum.

But you've posted under Video Sound Cleaning Lab which isn't a Vegas product. Which software are you having problems with? If it's Vegas please refer to the Important Posts at the top of this forum page for direction to the Vegas forum.
