Sound Loops wont load

I have been trying to update my payment info for sound loops unlimited, but store says its already purchased. I have tried reloading sound loops, uninstalled and reinstalled program itself, and clean the store up, redownload the sound loops again and nothing. I think the problem is I need to update my payment info for sound loops unlimited however, the store says it's purchased and I cant make any changes?!

@Dawn-Mathews I think you can change it in the welcome screen that is shown after you start the program. There should be a button on the right side of the screen to manage your subscription. If you cannot change your payment info there, try it in your customer account at https://www.magix.com/int/support/my-service-center/ If you cannot change your payment info there try contacting customer support at infoservice@magix.net and ask them for assistance.
