sound forge16 and 17, MP3s_x64.dll has a bug

I found that your software has bugs when playing and processing mp3 format.
The specific performance is: when the mp3 sound file is played, there will be noise. Similar to crackling firecrackers. It will be more obvious when the mouse quickly clicks on the different positions of the mp3 sound to play. When I use the plug-in to process mp3 files, random noises are generated in my mp3. Similar to the sound of crackling firecrackers. I used multiple computers to test, and the problem still exists.

This situation exists in both sound forge 16 and sound forge 17.
But sound forge 14 doesn't have this problem.
I guess there is a bug in the mp3 encoder.
In the installation directory of sound forge 16 and sound forge 17, I have seen MP3s_x64.dll file, which should be the mp3 encoder.

There is no such MP3s_x64.dll file in sound forge14, and there will be no noise when playing mp3.

This is a known issue with some MP3 files try the following:

Click Options, Preferences, General and check the box 'Always proxy compressed formats'.
