I went through the entire website to make sure that this would work with my Mac. I just purchased a brand new Mac running "BigSur". I've been using this product literally since version 1 for PC. I upgrade everything and keep getting the "BadCrumb" message. Now as I'm reading in chats you aren't supporting Mac any longer? If this is true why are you selling it? I am respectfully asking a refund. And I would suggest taking down this product if you aren't going to support it. Please advise. thank you.
