I have been using Audacity to edit recordings of conversations and interviews -- not music -- for broadcast over community radio and onto podcasts. With all the heavy editing I do, Audacity has a tendency to become corrupted and this has become intolerable. So, I'm looking for audio editing software that can withstand lots of cuts, pastes, and reconfiguring. Once in a while, I might add music. Can anyone tell me whether Sound Forge for PC (mine is a new Lenovo laptop with Windows 10) would be a good choice? Or is there something better out there? Many thanks in advance. -- Ruth
