Hi

Please do not duplicate post on the same issue.

This is a user to user forum not Magix support and the timing of any responses you get will depend on whether another user has experienced the issue and which time zone they are in.

If you are using Windows Defender this is known to cause issues due to the Folder protection feature - try turning it off.

Hi

. . . . The main question is - why after installed it again the program is always asking me to be registered. Could you solve that for me please? . . . .

Why - because either

  1. the computer was not given a hard restart, not a shutdown or sleep.

  2. something is blocking the activation from making changes to your system eg your AntiVirus read the last sentence of my post

  3. your user account does not have the necessary administrator permissions.

If you are not using Windows Defender right click the program shortcut and select Run as Administrator to see if the activation will hold.

Magix answer
 Please uninstall the program.
Then delete the installation.ini (configuration settings) for all affected programs.
The file can be found at
C: \ ProgramData \ MAGIX \ [program_name] \ installation.ini
If you do not see the "ProgramData" folder or the "Application Data" folder, you must first display hidden folders.
To do this, go to "Folder Options" in the Control Panel and set the option "Show all files and folders" in "Hidden files and folders" under "View".
If you do not see the file ending ".ini", you have to show known file extensions. Windows hides this by default.
Also under "View" you will find the option "Hide extensions for known file types", deactivate this function to display all file extensions.
Then re-install the program.

Finally it worked

This is why a third-party uninstaller (like Revo Uninstall) is frequently recommended which can remove leftover folders, reg. entries and other pertinent data the default OS uninstall leaves behind instead of digging though the registry and (normally) hidden system files

Beyond cleaning by Revo uninstaller, (in my case) also, it was necessary to clean/to erase/to dig through the Windows REGISTER file - many entries - related with SFAS 14 and to erase a few hidden system files. Becareful about that.
