Have you tried temporarily disabling anti-virus and firewall?
Where are you trying to download Sound Forge Audio Studio 10 from? If you have the serial code, try downloading it from the Magix Download Center. Downloading from Magix has been problematic lately, so keep trying. Unfortunately, I do not see it in the Sony archives where most other versions of Sound Forge, Vegas, Acid and other pre-Magix SCS software can be downloaded from.
Was it recently purchased from a third-party?

Addendum, I have found the SFAS-10, bld 178 (unpacked) installer in my personal archives, If your need it, respond and I can upload it to WeTransfer.
