I tried to buy Sound Forge 17 pro to update my Sound Forge 17. I was able to login into MAGIX to do that. On Monday 27, I was able to login to MAGIX and filled out the buying form where it took my credit card. But then I was unable to download the program. HELP!! it kept saying that the CAPTCHA was timing out. HELP!
Are stating you upgraded from Sound Forge 'Audio Studio' to Sound Forge 'Pro' ? Did you receive an email from Magix verifying the purchase? The email should also state the activation serial(s). A download link should also be in the email.. did you try that?
Did you purchases Sound Forge Pro 17 or the SF Pro 17 'Suite' ?
Were you trying to download the installation manager (relatively small file) or installing Sound Forge Pro from the installation manager which you previously downloaded?
