Sound forge 14.0 (build 90) can't master

When I have a track and I'm clicking on one of the mastering options (example: Female Vocal) the program stops responding (the second that I click) Is there anything I could do?

AMD rysen 7 3700x 8-core processor (16 CPUs)

16384mb RAM

Directx 12

UPDATE: I installed ozone 9 and closed all programs except soundforge and it managed to master the song

@Pnut It's always a good idea to reset the program settings via the File menu. This can help with all kind of problems.
