Sound Effects won't load on MMM2016 Premium

jayhan90 wrote on 8/31/2016, 3:11 PM

Hi guys, Jayhan here!

I'm a long-time MMM user and I've recently upgraded onto MMM2016 Premium, and though I like the overall layout, I've encountered many issues relating to audio:

1. For some reason, after using many VSTis, when I try to load the sound effects for a single track, I just get a new window with a black screen

2. When I switch from ASIO Magix Low Latency 2016 to Magix Low Latency 2011 and try to go to Advanced, the whole program just crashes

3. It occured already once or twice that when I record something for, let's say 10 seconds (midi or audio), starting from the 5th second, the audio starts playing in a loop. In other words, if I recorded something for 20 seconds, it'll just be the first 5 seconds playing 4 times in a row.

If it's got to do with Latency, then I'm not sure how to solve it. My specs:

Ssus ZenBook UX305 on a Windows 8.

Intel Core M-5Y10c CPU @0.80 GHz 998 MHz, 64x processing system and an 8.00 GB RAM.

Help is appreciated. Thanks! ;D

Hi there, thanks for replying! I changed the latency, but it still doesn't solve the fact that I can't load any audio effects, no matter the changes I make.

My computer has about 25 gigs of free space. Does it really influence the fact that the audio effects look like this:

In the end, I just want to solve this problem. It's impeding my workflow and I just can't have that right now.

Thanks and all the best

So I've tried absolutely everything that I could think of and I still can't get my sound effects to work, especially for a project that needs to be completed asap. What am I doing wrong here?

So this was absolutely no help at all and the problem still persists. It has nothing to do with latency. Is Magix Music Maker Premium (2016) a broken product or do you really not know what this is

I've been patiently waiting for a response. Can I please get one now
