You can fix cassette tapes but it is a painful and tedious process. Magix may not be the best choice for this. There is a pitch changer in Music Maker that might be what you're looking for... I'm not sure about audio cleaning lab.

In response to separating a recording into separate sound waves - you can not. Once any audio has been mixed down it actually becomes a single sound wave and there is no way to separate it. The exception to this is a simple recording with very few parts. These can sometimes be separated. Realistically your best bet is to try and eq some things out but that will not remove anything.
