I changed my computer and I can't install the program, it's not recognizing the product key

The new computer doesn't have a cd-rom, so I downloaded the program from the net, but then I can't insert the key. how can i solve the problem.

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

When you have run the downloaded installer and you try to run the program for the first time you will see a Register/Activate screen. That is where you enter the serial key; just make sure you are using the identical email address to the one you used when you first bought the software.

Which version, or when purchased, SOS Video Cassette/ Video Saver/Rescue your Video Tapes (name varies with country of purchase) do you have?
