Sorry, Internal Error! (HELP)

For some reason I keep getting this error when I try to add a wav file to my project. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, but nothing changed.
I'm using MMM 14
on windows 10
Let me know if any other information should be known.?

does anyone have a clue on how to resolve this issue...

@3DSownz Does it happen with every audio file? Did you try to reboot your computer?

Does not happen with all audio files, A good handful of .wav files it seems like only. and for rebooting. several times.

I think I resolved it.
My quick link pinned to my tool bar for some reason got knocked out of 'Run as Administrator'
reset to Administrator privilege's and BAMM! the error message left
