It's saying the instrument (several) now requires 'one time activation' and then it is unable to connect to servers.

 

VITA Vintage Organ for example.

 

"Error Code -17"

 

The issue started after installing Windows 10. Could this be significant.

 

I ran the 'famous' video for unrecognised intruments and the file destinations all match up.

That is the cause of the problem.

You need to re-install MMM 2014 using this procedure.
