@David-D2647 No, simply open the internal Download tab in Music Maker and check for available downloads.

If this doesn't help you can also go to File > Settings > Program Settings and then click on the button to clean up the store. After restarting Music Maker log back in and check the Download tab again.

Instruments are being installed.

Maybe these items are what was not installed. Or not.
