Software that allows Multiple frames

I am looking for video software that allows me to put 3 or 4 seperate videos on the screen at one time. Each video is independant. So basically I need it to look like a security camera monitor with multiple videos going at once.

Any help would be great!

Movie Edit Pro can certainly, and quite easily, do this.

Here four clips are stacked on separate tracks and one of them has had 'Size/Position' effect applied.

You can download a trial version of the program to try for yourself. Most would recommend your getting the Plus' or Premium version with more features and addition programs.
