Thank you for your PM, I'm sorry that neither I nor anyone else has been able to reply, basically because, speaking for myself, I have honestly no idea why this is not working for you! Nor do I have any suggestions of what to check.
I believe you may have to wait until Technical Support is able to respond to your emails. They will, almost certainly, ask that you download an run a dedicated Magix system checker which, when its results are returned to Magix, may well give them an idea of what the problem is.
