Signing into the store

Hi there

For some reason when I try to sign in to the store on Music Maker itself, I keep getting an error message saying "There was an error during the purchase process".

I've recently changed my password to be certain that I'm entering the correct one, but aside from that, I have no idea what I could do to fix the problem. Please help.

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

Have you tried going to the Program Settings>General Options>Clean Up Store? This action seems to resolve a lot of these type of problems.

You might also try logging out of the program, closing it, restarting it and logging back in again.
