Should I upgrade to Pro X4 Suite?

I currently have Pro X3 Suite. I began having issues last year and bailed out to use Cakewalk. Is it any real good reason to upgrade? I could do so for about $150 but if it is basically the same as X3, I may stay away. I would like to hear from X4 users either way if they are happy or regret the upgrade. Thanks,

I upgraded to X4 and if I had to do again I wouldn't. I've had issues with it from the start, I'll be working on a song and the entire program just disappears...? No warning, no lock up...just gone...and no way to recover your work. But of course that's just my experience, others may find that X4 is great, I don't.
