SFP13: VST3 File Not Detected

I'm trying to get the Dawesome Abyss .vst3 plugin to run using Sound Forge Pro 13. I read that Sound Forge Pro 13 has .vst2/3 support but when I follow the .vst scan tutorial it's not detecting the file. I have the file in my Common Files/vst3 folder and my secondary folder path is pointed there.

What am I doing wrong or was I misled about the .vst3 compatibility?

Using Windows 10 64 bit and latest version of Pro 13.

Dawesome Abyss is likely a VST instrument plug-in. Sound Forge supports VST effects plug-ins.
