You should try deactivating Sound Forge on the PC you are using through the Magix Service Center. Then re-activate SF on the PC. This has been known to resolve the recurring error code 59 issue. See this comment for instructions..

When you reactivate, be sure to use the same email address that was used when you initially registered and activated SF-15. Your SF-15 activation serial code and the email address are paired.

Hi Rraud thanks for the suggestion, sadly, no change, I'm still forced to activate and register every time I open the program. I've email them direct !

Fixed. I turned off anti virus etc and reinstalled. All back to normal !
