SF13 - File menu Hotkeys are broken

I've just noticed that keyboard shortcuts for the file menu seem to be broken while testing SF13 - CTRL-S, CTRL-SHIFT-S, CTRL-W .. etc

Please specify which version of Sound Forge 13. Audio Studio (AS) or Pro.
