I am only now trying to use the iZotope Mastering and Repair Suite included in SF11 (downloaded app). They give me a registration requirement, where my SF11 serial number does not work.
(Searched on iZotope, and checked FAQ - dunno)
How do I activate these items?

The iZotope suite is a separate download and installation and has a different serial number than the host program (SF Pro). I believe the Mastering-2 suite # starts with SN-SFMASTER2-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx. After installing the suite and opening one of it's plug-ins in SF, a dialog 'should' come up to activate it online
As I recall, SF Pro 11 included iZotope's Nectar Elements, though I'm not sure it was in addition to or in place of the Mastering-2 suite. I recall getting the Mastering-2 suite with SF Pro 10 so I did not need to register / activate it again and did not bother with Nectar.
BTW, both Mastering suites 1 & 2 were Direct X and Nectar was VST, as are the suites that are included with Pro 12.

It seems the downloaded default install package includes the Mastering-2 suite. The install completes, but my account @ MAGIX doesn't indicate a separate serial number. Hopefully someone from there will make clear the required procedure.

The third-party plug-in serial # are usually not listed in your MAGIX 'My Products' page. Where did you get Pro 11 from and was it on a disc or download? it's usually in an email when purchased / downloaded from MAGIX. You will probaly have to contact MAGIX customer service. infoservice@magix.net
