SF Audio Studio 12.5 questions

Hello all.

I upgraded from v10 to 12.5 which I love but have a couple of questions that I can't seem to resolve with the manual. I use it for voice over work so only record in mono.

1. When I zoom in on the waveform, it turns from being a single line to being shaded above and under the line & then into small blocks, Is there a way I can see it only as a line at higher zoom levels?

2. Can I add the vertical db scale to the left side of the workspace?

Many thanks in advance,

Karl

Hi Karl, I'm not that familiar with the Audio Studio series. I think the selected shaded area you're referring to is what Magix refers to as "slices" Try looking that up in the manual which may render a clue on if it can be changed.
Again, I'm not sure about SF AS, but SF Pro has a level ruler which sits to the left on the timeline and can be hidden. Otherwise, SF AS has lots of other meter visualization options.
Maybe someone with more AS experience can help out.
