If I understand you correctly, this is a question that has come up here several time before. At this stage, it's not possible to have several websites published at the same time under one single Website Maker account. You would need to set up two accounts (under two different e-mail addresses). Managing several sites under one account is a feature that is supposed to be introduced into the "Deluxe" version of Website Maker in the near future, though.
