@DAVID-ADAMS4857

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Is the PC Check and Tuning the 2022 version, if an earlier version it is not compatible with Windows 11.

If it is the 2022 version try temporarily disabling your Antivirus Realtime/Folder protection feature it may be blocking the program. If this works you can add an exception to the feature to allow the program to run correctly, how you do this depends on the Antivirus program you are using.

I'm considering purchasing MAGIX PC Check & Tuning 2022. In general, does it install and run without causing conflicts with antivirus software? I am running Symantec Endpoint Protection (version 14.2.760). Thanks.

@Joe-Joyner

Hi

. . . . In general, does it install and run without causing conflicts with antivirus software? . . . .

it should not interfere with the Antivirus program,.

. . . .  running Symantec Endpoint Protection . . . .

Is this being run on a server and the computer is part of a business network, or a single home computer connected directly to the Internet?

If a single home computer with direct connection to the Internet, is Windows 10 or 11, running slow and you are looking to the software to improve the computer performance, then the Symantec software may be the cause of the issue.

If you wish to test this then, at your own risk, either

  1. disable the Symantec Endpoint Protection, don't go on the Internet while testing with it disabled

    or

  2. uninstall the Symantec software and let the computer revert back to Microsoft Defender

If the performance increases - you have the solution.
