Serial number malfunction

Hey everyone,

I bought the box and when i tried to use the serial number after installation it did not work. By saying that it did not work i mean that when i try to type it in it only wants to take the first letter an nothing more. I would really appreciate any help that can be offered. I have been trying all morning. please

Ok, when we buy box usually inside box there is a CD or DVD with a white sleeve(a cover) and the back of it is printed
Name of Product
Serial no.
example
B3-1234-5678-9101

As you said when you entered first letter after that you could not type right?
Does your soft asking Do not enter hyphen or enter with hyphen. Even if you have followed proper instructions then in that case you must contact Magix or the place where you have bought it from. Customer support will work five days a week (my experience)in case of Magix.

One more thing, do you have any kind of security software installed, if so turn that off and try. Also read pdf help if there is any usually inside Program folder of your software.

I wish your problem solve sooner.
