Hi there, contact Magix support directly, and they will help you out if you registered it. If you didn't then they're gonna need proof of purchase. You probably did to activate it though. Your quoted serial number is a long way off, that's not what you're looking for. However, in view of security, it make sense never to even half quote a serial number.
