I bought Sound Forge Audio Studio-14 in the box at Best Buy on 12-08-2021. There is no serial number. I can not proceed without it. They let me exchange it for another and still no serial number. My E-Mail works fine, was never sent a number just coupon codes. Please help!
@Matt-Watson There should be some kind of instructions from Best Buy that tell you what you have to do. But it is most likely that you need to enter the coupon codes here https://www.magix.com/redeem/

Yes, it still won't work. I have the key card, without the serial number it's worthless

@Matt-Watson Hmm, you should get a serial number after you redeemed Sound Forge with your coupon code at https://www.magix.com/redeem/ You don't use the coupon code to register the software.
