There could be various reasons why your serial number is not working but without many more details we, fellow-users, really cannot help.

Thank you. I know, there was no other option with the support site that kept redirecting back to the front page. It never got to any actual form to contact support, which was frustrating. I got it to work by going to my product page. For whatever reason. the serial from the email that was sent to me was not valid, but the one in the product page was.
