Sent photos attached to email never arrive and do not come back

Evan-Nichols wrote on 4/18/2022, 8:15 PM

When I try to send a couple of photos the program opens my email and attaches the photos. When I add an address and send the emails they are sent and copied to the email sent box, however, they do not arrive at the sent destination and are not returned as non delivered emails should. Cany anyone help? The software is the latest.

@Evan-Nichols

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

I think you need to pose this question to your email service provider and, perhaps, to that of your intended recipients! It sounds very much as if your email is being "automatically" blocked, perhaps by your own service provider, because it includes what that service sees as "potentially dangerous attachments". I do not think there is any setting within PM that can affect this problem.

What email client do you use (e.g., Outlook, Thunderbird, etc..)?

Hi

Many email providers limit the size of image(s) that can be sent through their email systems - a common limit is 2MB. If you exceed this the email is often dropped or sent without the attachments.

If you want to share large images with other people use a file sharing site such as Dropbox, or a file transfer site such as 'We transfer' - there are several sites offering both kinds of service, with some limitations, for free.
