Screen recording problem?

Hi I am using windows 64 bit and running movie edit pro 15 (have looked for updates but currently running latest version)

My problem is the following: I want to record my screen and have watched the following video

   but my video appears black the system tells me that frames has been dropped

 

How do I fix the problem to be able to record my screen with Movie Edit Pro 15?

 

Help will be appriciated
