says product is already regestered?? i Hav/bought NEW from Best Buy?!

My Samplitude Music Studio i Purchased says wrong keycode or Product already regustered?? code -24?? i have the hardcopy product and key in my hand and it will not let me in?? Other product(Music Maker Plus worked just fine... Need Help.. Wheres the support Team at??

Did you get an automated response that your mail arrived?

Since Magix operates in Germany you shouldn't expect an answer before Monday. I don't think they have a 24/7 support. Just Monday to Friday.
