saving regions as clips

Good morning folks. Again hopefully this one's up in the right place. I have an hour and 20 minutes long continuous concert file. I would like to separate it into 12 individual songs. Do I do that by creating regions and saving them to files as with sound forge? Or exactly how would I do that?
