Samplitude/Sequoia forum won`t let new members sing up

Hi guys. I have been trying to sign up to the Samplitude/Sequoia forum unsuccessfully. The problem is: the security question will always say our answers are wrong no matter how correct they are, therefore you will not be signed up. I sent emails to Magix weeks ago, via pro audio support and even to their Facebook page, but I had no response. I wonder why this company is delivering such a lousy support to their customers? Why to try to bring Sonar users to themselves if they cannot handle such a simple issue?

Hi Marcos,

I noticed you are on the Samplitude user forum now so I presume you successfully signed up? The development team/support team have recently moved to another building so maybe the delay was due to that.

Hi Kraznet,

I contacted Magix support service and they created an account for me. However, I believe it is still not possible to sign up...

Regards,

Marcos

I think the problem is is that the guy who used to deal with forum registrations has left MAGIX so maybe they haven't sorted out someone else to do the job. Although he left at Christmas so they should have sorted out by now. I might email someone about it.
