I'm having trouble downloading the samplitude 2021 manual!i do the recapture ok but cannot get the manual to download at all

What @SP. is suggesting is that you try to download this specific manual with a different browser. The fact that you don't have any other problems downloading manuals with this browser is not really relevant here, sorry.
