Samplitude cannot create multiple Roland Cloud VST3 plugins

I cannot create multiple Zenology or TR-707 VST3 plugins from Roland Cloud. As shown in the screenshot below, Samplitude always crash when I add another Zenology:


However, Bitwig 4.3.4 (8-track licensed) doesn't have this issue. I can spawn another Zenology or TR707 just fine. See my screenshots below:

Hi, no I'm not aware of that. The "Ask the Community" in webpage https://www.magix.info/us/support/samplitude-pro--18/ doesn't linked me to https://community.samplitude.com/.
