I know that it's an old program but I need it to open so that I can access songs. I see the following error message.

"The program could not be started. It's possible that the installation folder is damaged. Reinstalling the program could remedy the problem. If the error occurs again, pleas contact support. Error code: -6"

I tried reinstalling, repairing, etc. but I get the same error. I opened a ticket but I'm hoping I can get a response quicker here.
