Was Windows 11 a new install or upgrade from Windows 10, if an upgrade, was the program installed and working on Windows 10?
Does the program run after you cancel the error message?
. . . . uninstalled, re-installed . . . .
This is a last resort option - in many cases this does not work and can result in making the issue worse - a clean install is required with all leftover files, folder and registry entries removed to achieve this. Revo free uninstaller is recommended for this purpose.
After the error, the app will run, however it cannot export, ftp upload, or allow viewing of the web pages and reports an "unable to find the filter to import the file with"
I also installed this on a clean Windows 10 Virtual Machine. I had the same problem
I have uninstalled/installed including removing all program data, registry, etc (very easy as it was a snapshotted VM).
Same problem.
I also tried installing v16, that works perfectly - but as I just bought v19, I want that to work.
I am very technical, so feel free to ask any questions. The eventViewer provides this...

I just experienced the same issue on a Windows 10 machine. As per the error message I reinstalled version 19 a second time. It did not solve the problem. Unfortunately, I had already deleted V18 from the computer. We need a fix for this asap.
OK I just contacted support, and they sent a new installer download. Uninstalled old V19, installed this one, all working now. I am not sure they would want me to post the link, but contact support guys (johnebaker provided the support link info above). One strange quirk to watch out for - hope it's only on my PC ;), when re-registering this V19 - the serial number I pasted into the box was NOT the same as where I copied it from. I.e. it changed the first few digits (not just removing the "P"). I tried recopying and pasting several times and verified it was pasting correctly via notepad. Anyway I had to delete the numbers, and manually type them all in before it would accept.
Exactly the same issue with RTFfilter.dll - Bad Image dialogue error on starting version 19 Updating Web Designer Premium 18 to 19. Windows 10. Several installs/uninstalls tried but the same issue remains. Any help would be useful. I've tried raising a ticket but going around in circles trying to do that to contact tech support. I have never contacted them before

That is the correct function- the P3- is removed as this is already there to the left of the box, however it does need to be typed or copied and pasted for the serial number to be acknowledge - this is for differentiation of the P3- serial numbers from the older P2- series.

Understood that's why I mentioned the P bit, but 5 or 6 OTHER digits also changed each time I pasted (after verifying the paste worked fine in notepad as I said), which is why I reported it. I HAD to type it in to make it work.

You need to do the steps in the link I mentioned above. it's obscure - I bet to keep support emails down some.
Click on Web & Technic Click on Web designer Click blue button Search for other solutions type in: error status 0xc0000130 click on Find a Solution Then down the bottom Send A Support Request The Create a Request opens. Fill that in, Submit

Thanks Mark. That did the trick. Support request submitted. It really is a case of going around the houses to get to that elusive Create a Request just when you are about to give up looking :)
Same problem as above! Reverted to use version 18. Might try again when glitches sorted. Every time I have been prompted to upgrade to a new version since 16 - I've experienced a problem trying to re-publish all projects to domains and raised a support ticket. I'm tempted not to upgrade and use what works!
We were sent a new link, which didn't work, there was a typo. (Looked OK but actual link was not) Check it correctly has https: in the address bar in your browser.
