That depends on which 'royalty free' samples you are referring to?
- If you mean the soundpools in Music Maker Jam then see this article.
- If you mean other 'royalty free' audio the that depends on the licensing and usage requirements specified by the owner/creator of those samples.
Note: Royalty free does not mean copyright free which is a different topic.
