Is there a RMS normalize plugin for Sound Forge? I need to meet http://audible-acx.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6736/~/what-are-the-acx-audio-submission-requirements%3F And am failing the RMS and peak checks, This is for a audiobook. Any and all help will be appreciated!!!

SF Pro has the normalize process, RMS or Peak, however the RMS requires custom settings (presets are a starting point only). As we also previously stated, the 'Tools> Statisics' will analyze the levels and locations.
What format and what what parameters to?. When rendered, Lossy files, especially at low-res settings, often have hotter peaks than what has been displayed on the timeline. If you can post some average non-processed program audio, (hi-res mono CBR MP3 for instance), I could recommend settings that would meet the ACX requirements providing the recording quality is usable.
