I am very unpleased with Movie Studio 2024. I upgraded from Movie Studio 17 3 days ago and I haven't been able to open any files or use the program at all. I have spent hours trying to figure out why I have a black screen and can't see anything on the timeline. I would like to return the upgrade and the CD I bought and get access back to my movie studio 17 software that I bought a month ago.
