[Resolved] My new update of Video Deluxe works very badly

Ma nouvelle version 2021 de Video Deluxe fonctionne très mal. Les fichiers MP4 sont lus saccadés. Mon vidéo en Turquie monté avec l'ancienne version ne fonctionne pas bien avec la version 2021. Dans la section Importation, mes vidéos apparaissent mais seulement une vignette générique. Je ne vois pas une prévisualisation du vidéo. Quand je clique pour lire une vidéo, l'image n'apparait pas, mais le son est joué. Qu'est-ce qui se passe avec ce logiciel? J'espère que vous avez une solution à me proposer sinon je vais demander un remboursement et aller voir ailleurs. Je suis vraiment déçu. Est-ce que Magix Video Deluxe est la même chose que Magix Movie Edit Pro? Ma configuration: Windows 10 version 2004, 32 Go de mémoire vive, Intel i7, SSD + DD.

Which Intel CPU i7 do you have? Which model number?

Some old projects from previous versions have also caused me some problems as well but not jerkiness.

How do new projects behave?

The issue has been fixed. The problem was at the level of the hardware acceleration. I unchecked this option in the parameters of Magix Video Deluxe in the section Import/Export. Now everything works properly. Thank you!
