reset program setting

Hello, I bought your product and I had a problem with the program and I pressed the reset program setting button and now it only appears as if it were a free version even though I am connected with my email account.

@sergio-Grosman In the program settings you'll find a button to clean up the store. This will delete the cache of the store and will often help with these problems.
