Reset Burn DVD Navigation in Movie Edit Pro 2013

This is driving me around the bend for hours please someone help.

I've created my project that has one movie within it, along the way I have deleted and re-added several scenes and transitional effects.

When I go to the Burn Section, within the Navigation Tree there are duplicate entries for a lot of the scenes, from the ones that have been deleted from within the project, what is more frustrating is that they appear to be only 1 second or less long, so when you attempt to burn to disk it come back with an error, something along the lines of Scene XX is less than 1 second long.

How do you update the Burn section to reflect your updated project, I've burnt 2 disks so far that won't work due to the navigation, when you click a button in the menu it just takes you back to the main menu.

TIA

Hi

I presume you are referring to chapter markers not project markers - see image below.

Project markers have no influence on the DVD menus - they are just markers which enable you to jump to specific points, set by you on the timeline, quickly

Did you add the chapter markers before you made the cuts and re-edits?

Chapter markers are one of the last things I add to a project after completing all the cuts etc.

Try deleting them all, save the project, then add the chapter markers back.  The DVD menu should then update correctly.

Tip: to avoid wasting discs use rewriteable DVD's for initial buring - check your DVD player supports them.

When everything is OK then burn to DVD-R or DVD+R whichever you prefer.

Thanks a lot John, that did it, I just removed them all and redid them, worked like a dream.
